With a heat wave approaching we had to make spontaneous changes to our schedule. We decided to go to Haifa. Our first stop was to a beautiful overlook where we took tons of pictures. There we played a game that taught us a life lesson of who we are and where we want to be. After that we went to bowling, because on Israel ID we know how to have fun! After eating some ice cream for lunch we went to falafel making for dessert. We were able to choose from a large variety of different classic Israeli toppings, and of course homemade crispy and delicious falafel balls. After benching and thanking Hashem for this delicious meal we went on a nature walk which lead us across two narrow bridges. The entire Israel ID family took a selfie on the bridge and I want to share it with you (see below). Then we headed past the shores of the Haifa beaches to Eliyahu HaNavi's cave. We heard about the history of this momentous location and got to daven mincha there. After a long day, we headed back to our hotel for a delicious dinner and to pack up, because we are on the move again! Oh! don't forget to get excited for Israel ID's week 2 video!
