| We began day 9 with a beautiful hike at Jilaboun in the Golan Heights, which included a swim in a large pool and waferfall. We then went on a tour of the De Karina Chocolate Factory, where we observed the chocolate making process, and participated in a workshop where we made our own chocolates! Concluding the day was a fascinating video about the Golan Heights, in which we learned about the history of the Golan and how Israel came to acquire it. As always, please feel free to be in touch! |
